They will be doing an open hiring event in October.

In just a few weeks you may be watching movies once more in Yorkville.

The Kendall Crossing Movie Theater, located at the old Countryside Shopping Center, is expected to open in mid-November, according to Neighborhood Cinema Group (NCG) Marketing Director Pat O’Boyle.

“Depending on which construction guy you ask the date tends to fluctuate, but we’re pretty certain we’ll be open for the Hunger Games Catching Fire,” said O’Boyle, which is on Nov. 22.
