Chowdown Showdown

The Weather is Cold But The Wings are Hot

Buffalo, N.Y., native opines on Yorkville's hot wings.

I am a purist at heart when it comes to chicken wings and will only partake if they are true Buffalo chicken wings. They must be on the bone (not strips),“hot” and served up with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks exactly like they serve them at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, N.Y., the birthplace of Buffalo hot wings. While there are several restaurants and bars that serve up wings in Yorkville, I chose the following three places based on a few personal requirements.
