Chainsaw Stolen in Residential Burglary: Police

Domestic battery Justin H. Carpenter, 24, of the 100 block of Appleton Court, Yorkville, was arrested at 10 p.m. at his residence and charged with domestic battery, said Yorkville Police. Burglary Yorkville police took a report for a residential burglary that occurred between May 8 and May 14 in the 300 block of West Main Street. An unknown suspect(s) entered a garage and took a chainsaw, valued at $230. Possession of cannabis A juvenile was charged at 1:38 p.m. at Bertram Drive and Tampa Drive for the possession of cannabis, said Yorkville police.
