New Party Pad Offers Party Space, Sunday Ice Cream Days
Party Pad is a companion business to White Water Ice Cream.
White Water Ice Cream, Inc. has opened a new companion business, Party Pad, at 131 E. Hydraulic St., adjacent to the Riverfront Park in Yorkville. Owner Robyn Sutcliff said the Party Pad, in what was formerly Creative Kernels, adjacent to the ice cream shop, will offer “Sunday Ice Cream Days” from noon to 5 p.m. through the winter. The newly decorated space also can be rented for birthday parties, baby and wedding showers, bridge parties, and other small events year round. Upcoming planned events at the Party Pad include Pics with Pets from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 24, and Pics with Kids from noon to 3 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 2.
