DUI Daniel Timothy Benavides, 22, of the 2200 block of Margaret Drive, Montgomery, was arrested at 2:54 a.m. at Route 30 and Briarcliff Road and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office. He was originally stopped for defective exhaust, and additionally charged for driving with no insurance. Unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor A male juvenile, 14, of Montgomery, was found at 4:45 a.m. in the 0-99 block of Springdale Road, Montgomery, and was charged with the unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office. @oswego resident ...do you really think its ok for folks to drink and drive and that domestic battery is ok? And why do you assume the woman assaulted a man? It may have been one of her kids or another family member. Physical violence is never ok. I hope our authorities keep going after drunks, druggies and abusers. more ›
