Winds are expected to blow from 30-40 miles per hour, with gusts up to 60 miles per hour. Visibility is expected to be poor during the height of the storm. Yorkville police are urging drivers to be cautious during the storm. Yorkville City Administrator Bart Olson said snow regulations regarding parking and shoveling will be enforced.
