Information provided by Larson-Nelson Funeral Home. Frances Arlene Scott, 92 of Yorkville, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013 at Bickford Cottage, Oswego. She was born on Oct. 8, 1920 in Plano, the daughter of Louis and Mabel (Larson) Vilmin. Frances was united in marriage, Aug. 10, 1946 in the Newark Lutheran Church in Newark, to Mr. Leo Thomas Scott and they spent the next 66 happy years together until his passing on Jan. 5, 2013. Mrs. Scott was a longtime member of the Helmar Lutheran Church in Newark. She was employed for several years, at the Kendall County Courthouse and later at Perkins Implement of Yorkville. Frances was also formerly employed at the Sue Ann Shoppe’s in both Yorkville and Sandwich. Fran was an avid golfer both …
