Local Fourth of July Events, Fireworks

These Independence Day festivities feature plenty of performances, food, activities and, of course, fireworks for the whole family to enjoy.

ALL- AMERICAN CELEBRATION WHAT: At the Budweiser Concert Pavilion, visitors can expect entertainment from bands including Josh and The Empty Pockets, Rendition and The Gina Glocksen Band, as well as a food pavilion, outdoor tavern, beer garden and games and activities for the kids. I saw on the Channahon Park District's website that they added a "Right to Light Raffle" Raffle tickets will be sold at the event on the 4th and the lucky winner starts the fireworks show on stage. They do have great fireworks every year.   more ›
