Adopt Me: Jasmine's Looking for a Whole New World

This 5-month-old cat is in the care of Kendall County Animal Control, and is looking for a forever home.

Meet Jasmine. She's a 5-month-old domestic longhair who was rescued as a stray, and brought in to Kendall County Animal Control about a month ago. She's sweet as can be, according to Warden Anna Payton, and gets along well with other people and other cats. Payton said any type of family would be a good fit for Jasmine—she's good with kids as well. If you're interested in adopting Jasmine (or any other cat or dog at the shelter), call Animal Control at 630-553-9256.

Amee was found abandoned by a resident, and brought to the shelter on Monday. She's been through the wringer, but she's sweet and friendly, and would be a great lap cat. For information on adopting Amee, call 630-553-9256. Last week's pet, Beauty, …
