Eight-year-old Cayden Fahlbusch has been confined to a wheel chair for most of his life due to a medical condition called Spina Bifida. But nothing could confine his spirits on his Make a Wish founded trip to the Oswego Best Buy for a shopping spree Sunday. Joined by his mom, Catrina, and sister, Natasha, along with several Make-a-Wish Foundation Wish Granters and Best Buy employees, Cayden made his way around the store, an eager gleam in his eye and a wide smile on his face.
