BK has really gone down hill over the last several years. I won't go there most times unless I have a very specific craving. Going to that drive through is a joke. They have 2 windows, and they never use one of them. You pull up to the second window to pay, and then you have to "pull forward and someone will run your food out to you." How is that efficient? How is that timely? And this happens ever single time you go to the drive through, no matter what. Orders are made inaccurately and special orders DO upset them. Yorkville BK you get 1 star.

This place is filthy, a real dump! I went in there one night with my family, the place had two people eating inside and about three cars in line at the drive thru. THe girl told me we would have to wait 20minute before she could take our order because the drive thru was real busy. Real busy? three cars? when questioning the girl an older man came by us who I assume was the manager because he was only one all dressed in black came and stood there he did not say anything he just put his hand down his pants and scratched himself while listing. I called corporate but never heard back from them. We will never go in tere again!
