On the 12th Day of Christmas My Trainer Gave to Me…..

…a Final Fitness Tip:

Don’t wait til January to make a New Year’s Resolution to begin your healthy eating and/or workout plan. Don’t even will until Monday! When you decide you need to make changes-do it immediately! There is absolutely no reason to wait…you can do some major damage in that “waiting” time :) 

So often, especially during the holidays, we slip up and overeat, eat unhealthy foods or skip a workout or two. That’s ok…and it's human...be kind to yourself and get right back on track!
