....a fabulous water bottle
I'm a big drinker...always have a drink in my hand...but usually it's one of my beloved insulated water bottles! Or one of my special insulated cups...I have one with flowers on it, one with stars, a pink one...and I especially like the cups with straws :)
It’s so important to keep ourselves hydrated. Every system in our bodies depends on water. Even mild dehydration can drain our energy and make us tired, and who needs to be made tired?! And since our body is "losing" liquids throughout the day, we need to be constantly replenishing those liquids by consuming beverages (and foods) that contain water.
I keep 2 Polar Water Bottles in my freezer, filled about 1/4 way with water or with decaffeinated herbal flavored tea (and, yes, the bottles are BPA free). They just wait there until I’m ready to fill them the rest of the way, to be enjoyed.
Another gift idea: I have found that using cups that I actually like to drink out of encourages me to keep drinking all day so I buy fun, colorful, quality cups! I fill my cup with crushed ice, then water or herbal tea, and obviously, the insulation keeps my drink cool!
And since staying hydrated is so important, make sure you buy yourself a fabulous water bottle. :)
