Tack On Two Extra Calendar Days of School for Yorkville 115
Students will need to make up for the lost days due to the weather.
Looks like Yorkville 115 students won't be able to celebrate summer vacation with a three-day Memorial Day weekend anymore this year.
Yorkville 115 was out of school on Monday, Jan. 6 and Tuesday, Jan. 7 due to extremely cold temperatures and snow.
As such, the school district will be making up the two student attendance days on Tuesday, May 27 and Wednesday, May 28 following the Memorial Day Holiday.
The last day of school for the 2013-14 calendar is now May 28, instead of May 23,
