Bristol Grade School Principal Danielle Moran has announced her resignation from Yorkville School District 115.
She has accepted the position of principal at Hawthorne Elementary School in Wheaton School District 200. The Wheaton School Board of Education approved a
Moran worked in the Yorkville district for the past five years and said her decision to leave Yorkville was a desire to work nearer to her home.

“I have sincerely enjoyed my three years as principal of Bristol Grade School. I will miss everything about it: the students, staff, parents and community,” said Moran in a release. “The staff is truly dedicated to meeting the individual needs of every student. They really care for each and every student, and I have learned so much from all of them.”
Moran will finish the 2012-13 school year at Bristol Grade School. A successor has not yet been named for her position.
