2011 Calendar for Human Resources Commission

The Human Resource Commission was established in October of 1975 as a citizens' commission for the purpose of assessing and identifying issues within the community, which affect the social welfare of Yorkville citizens. The Commission's goal is to improve the quality of life and general welfare of the community. The Commission is composed of seven residents of the City, one of who is appointed as chairperson. The mayor, with the advice and consent of the City Council, makes the appointments to the Commission. Each member is appointed for a three-year term. Meetings are held monthly on the third Wednesday evening of each month at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall.
