Two Cited with Disorderly Conduct After Fighting at Park

Disorderly conduct
Justin W. Schimandle, 31, of the 800 block of East Edgelawn, Plano; and Kevin U. Wilson, 22, of the 200 block of Amherst Circle, Oswego, were charged with disorderly conduct and issued city ordinance citations after they were found fighting on the softball fields at Steven Bridge Park, 3651 Kennedy Road.

Tyler M. Schwater, 24, of the 200 block of Green Mountain Drive, Bolingbrook, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. at Route 126 and Crooked Creek Drive and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after he was stopped for a vehicle code violation, said Yorkville police.

Yorkville police took a report for a hit and run that occurred at 3:02 p.m. at Route 71 and Walsh Drive. The victim’s vehicle was rear-ended and the offending vehicle then left the scene. No injuries were reported.
Retail theft
Ashley M. Forkes, 24, of the 3400 block of Alyssa Street, Plano, was charged with retail theft and a city ordinance at 6 p.m. at the Yorkville Kohl’s after she was observed stealing a shirt and necklace valued at $28, said Yorkville police.
