Two male juveniles were charged and referred to juvenile court for retail theft that occurred at 7:42 p.m. in the 1600 block of North Beecher Road. The two reportedly stole three pairs of headphones worth $408.97.

Brian W. Christensen, 31, of the 700 block of Clover Court, Yorkville, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. at his residence on a failure to appear warrant out of Kendall County, said Yorkville police.

Retail theft
A male juvenile was charged with retail theft of a $40watch after he took it from a store in the 900 block of Erica Lane without paying for it, said Yorkville police. He was released on notice.
