Teen Charged with Possession of Heroin: Sheriff

Criminal damage to property, trespass

Sheriff’s deputies took a report for criminal damage to property and trespass that occurred at 10:33 a.m. in the 0-99 block of Scarsdale, Montgomery. The reporting person’s vehicle was struck by a snow brush during an argument.

Warrant

A male juvenile, 17, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. in the 0-99 block of Wyndham, Montgomery, on a warrant, said the Sheriff’s office. Deputies had located the juvenile, who had been reported as a runaway.

Possession of controlled substance

Christine Michelle Dautrich, 19, of the 900 block of River Street, Aurora; Michael Basil Chobin, 21, of the 20000 block of Sand Creek Court, Plainfield; and Dustin Ryan Finfield, 29, of 1600 block of Inner Circle, Crest Hill, were arrested at 1:05a.m. at Wolf Road and Route 30, said the Sheriff’s office. Dautrich was charged with the possession of a controlled substance, heroin, and possession of drug equipment following a traffic stop for equipment violations. Chobin was charged with the possession of drug equipment and Finfield was charged with the possession of cannabis and drug equipment.

Possession of cannabis, drug paraphernalia, DWLS

Charles A.J. Frierson, 26, of the 600 block of North Oak Avenue, Aurora; and Shanay Victoria Charles, 19, of the 0-99 block of Greenfield Road, Montgomery, were arrested at 3:36 am. In the 300 block of Douglas Road, said the Sheriff’s office. Frierson’s vehicle was stopped for driving with only one headlight, and he was charged with driving on a suspended license, possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia. Charles, a passenger, was charged with possession of cannabis.

Monday, Dec. 30

Domestic battery

Brandon L. Wilkinson, 29, of the 0-99 block of Ashlawn Avenue, Montgomery, was arrested at 11:44 a.m. at his residence and charged with domestic battery after becoming involved in a physical and verbal fight with a family member, said the Sheriff’s office.  

Sunday, Dec. 29

Hit and run

Sheriff’s deputies took a report for a hit and run that occurred at 2:05 a.m. in the 0-99 block of Bereman Road, Oswego. The victim’s vehicle was struck by a driver who left the scene and was described as a dark colored regular cab pickup truck.
