Aggravated battery to peace officers

Whitley A. Graham, 25, of the 0-99 block of Hillstone Road, Montgomery, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. at his residence and charged with aggravated battery to peace officers, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct after deputies went to the residence for a loud noise complaint, said the Sheriff’s office.

Driving with revoked license

Joshua B. Miles, 22, of the 1100 block of Watson Street, Aurora, was arrested at 9:47 p.m. at Sonora Road and Tealwood Road, Oswego, and charged for driving with a revoked license after deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle where the registered owner of the vehicle belonged to a person the deputy knew to be revoked, said the Sheriff’s office.

Hit and run

Dennis Gene Kearbey, 62, was cited in a hit and run incident that occurred at 5:50 p.m. at Route 71 and Reservation Road. Kearbey , driving a semi truck, struck the victim’s vehicle and left the scene. Deputies tracked him down and he was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and improper passing.

Zero tolerance, illegal consumption of alcohol

Daniel Anthony Flynn, 19, of the 2000 block of Cody Court, Aurora, was arrested at 5:40 a.m. at Grove Road just south of Route 126 and charged with zero tolerance and the illegal consumption of alcohol after deputies went to the area for an accident, said the Sheriff’s office.

Identity theft

Sheriff’s deputies took a report for identity theft that occurred at 10:20 a.m. The victim reported that his debit card had been used to make purchases in the Homewood and Lansing, Ill. area. There are no suspects at this time.
