Burglary to motor vehicle

Yorkville police are investigating a reported burglary to a motor vehicle that occurred on May 3 in the 800 block of Erica Lane, Yorkville. A Samsung Galaxy S1 cell phone valued at $100 was taken.

Possession of drug paraphernalia, cannabis

A juvenile was charged at 2:23 p.m. in the 1200 block of Deerpath Drive with the possession of drug paraphernalia and cannabis, said Yorkville police.

Warrant

Carole L. Rasmusson, 43, of the 700 block of Wooley Road, Oswego, was arrested at 11 a.m. in the 2000 block of South Bridge Street and charged with a failure to appear warrant out of Kendall County, said Yorkville police.

Sunday, May 5

DUI, possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia

Milena L. Ziukovic, 21, of the 0-100 block of Timberview Lane, Yorkville, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. at Route 34 and Sycamore Road and was charged with driving under the influence, possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia, said Yorkville police.

Wednesday, May 1

Unlawful possession of alcohol

A juvenile was arrested at 9 a.m. at Yorkville High School and charged with the unlawful possession of alcohol, said Yorkville police.

Credit card fraud

Yorkville police are investigating a report of credit card fraud that occurred in the 500 block of West Barberry Circle.
