Monday, July 4

Beer can battery

Michael Steven Corcoran, 42, of the 2500 block of Plainfield Road, Joliet, allegedly threw a full can of beer at a 52-year-old Wheaton man, Kendall County Sheriff’s police said. Corcoran was charged with battery in connection with the incident that happened about 1:45 p.m. in the 8000 block of Van Emmon Road, police said.

Man allegedly throws woman into canoe

Eric C. Bachman, 38, of the 0-100 block of Partridge Square, Oswego, allegedly picked up a woman and threw her into a canoe along the shoreline of the Fox River, police said. Bachman was charged with domestic battery in connection with the incident about 4:50 p.m. in the 12600 block of River Road.

Saturday, July 2

Marijuana charges filed

Kyle Allen Andorf, 27, of the 900 block of Hampton Lane, Yorkville, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of not more than 2.5 grams of marijuana, improper lighting and muffler – excessive noise, police said.

Two strangers caught in pool

A 55-year-old man reported that two strangers were swimming in his pool in the 0-100 block of West Birch Court without permission about 3:20 a.m., police said. He was battered when he caught one of the fleeing offenders and both escaped, police said.

Friday, July 1

Underaged drinking alleged

Ronald DeWard Parish III, 21, of the 0-100 block of County View Drive, Yorkville, was charged about 10 p.m. with delivering alcoholic liquor to minors in connection with an incident in the 6100 block of Red Gate Lane, near Silver Springs State Park, police said. Charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor were: Cody John Fuerst, 19, of Midlothian; Karen Monica Greyer, 19, of the 6100 block of Red Gate Lane, Yorkville; Cody William Kraber, 19, of the 500 block of West Dolph Street, Yorkville; and Cody Allen Whightsil, 19, of the 100 block of East Cleveland St., Spring Valley.
