Threats made over protection order
Csaba Tercs, 39, of the 1900 block of Amanda Drive, Sandwich, was charged with violating an order of protection about 11:30 a.m., according to Kendall County Sheriff’s Police. He called a Yorkville woman’s cellular phone four times that day threatening her for having an order of protection against him, police said.

Domestic battery alleged
Michael Justin Morgan, 35, of the 8000 block of Van Emmon Road, Yorkville, was charged about 4 p.m. with domestic battery, sheriff’s police said.

Alleged threats at courthouse
Robert Allan Castro, 47, of the 1000 block of North Bridge Street, Yorkville, was charged about 9 a.m. with disorderly conduct, sheriff’s police said. He allegedly threatened a 45-year-old Yorkville man at the Kendall County Courthouse.
Alleged drunken driving
Curtis David Williams, 20, of the 300 block of Pine Meadow Lane, Morris, was charged about 2 a.m. with driving under the influence, unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor and improper lane use, sheriff’s police said. The traffic stop happened at Route 47 and Caton Farm Road.
