Driving on a Suspended License

Michael R. Huensch, 37, of Aurora, was charged about 11:30 p.m. with driving on a suspended license during a traffic stop at Routes 34 and 47, police said.

Allegedly Broke into Beecher Concession Stand

Two 13-year-old boys were charged about 1:14 p.m. with burglary and criminal damage to property. Police said they broke into the concession stand at Beecher Community Park on Game Farm Road and stole beverages.

Pair Charged with Underage Drinking

Luke E. Arnfelt, 20, of the 600 block of Heartland Drive, Yorkville, and Brittany A. Defreece, 20, of the 10000 block of Legion Road, Yorkville, were charged about 2:17 a.m. with underage consumption of liquor, police said. Yorkville police went to the 300 block of Heustis Street for a report of a loud party.

Broke into Home Through Kitchen Window

Someone removed a screen and broke into a home in the 500 block of Powers Court through a kitchen window but did not take anything, Yorkville police said. The incident happened while the home was empty between 8:45 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10 and 1:15 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 11. The window had been closed but not locked.

Road Rage Incident Reported

Craig M. Horner, 40, of the 500 block of West Kendall Drive, Yorkville, was charged about 1:04 p.m. with battery and disorderly conduct, Yorkville police said. He struck someone with his bicycle tire after a road-rage incident in the 400 block of East Countryside Parkway, police said.

Friday, Sept. 9

Retail Theft Alleged

Two boys were charged with retail theft about 6:58 p.m. for taking $134 in clothing from a store in the 900 block of Erica Lane, police said.

Wednesday, Sept. 8

Copper Wire Reported Stolen

About $1,855 worth of copper wire was reported stolen about 1 p.m. from Menards, 1800 Marketview Drive.
