Friday, Oct. 19

Assault

Yorkville police responded to an assault call in the 1100 block of South Bridge Street. The incident occurred shortly after midnight.

Disorderly Conduct

Police arrested 34-year-old Daniel Cosma for attempting disorderly conduct in the 100 block of West Kendall Drive, according to reports.  He was taken to Kendall County Corrections, according to police.

Identity Theft

A resident in the 400 block of Garrido reported someone used their personal information to open a Comcast account in the city of Chicago. According to the police report, the unauthorized account had not been paid and had been referred to collections.

Domestic Battery

Three Yorkville officers answered a domestic battery call in the 800 block of Game Farm Road.

Theft Over $300

Officers are investigating a report of a theft that was reported in the 3100 block of Grande Trail. Additional information has yet to be provided.

Yorkville officers answered a domestic battery call in the 300 block of Walter Street.

Criminal Sexual Assault

Yorkville officers responded to a sexual assault call in the 1300 block of Marketplace Drive. Additional information has yet to be provided by the police.
