Police Blotter: Man Allegedly Points Gun in Traffic Dispute

Yorkville police reported the following incidents:

Nov. 24

Aggravated Assault

Police said 22-year-old Price J. Davis pointed a handgun at another man who approached his pick-up truck after a traffic dispute. Police did not say what the dispute was over, but said Davis, a Big Rock resident, was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault.

Dec. 1

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Police charged a Morris woman with possession of drug paraphernalia and arrested an Aurora man on an outstanding warrant. Police were initially called to the 200 block of E. Veterans Parkway on a domestic violence report. Police allege 30-year-old Jennifer G. Jagielski was in possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said they discovered 26-year-old Aurora resident Shawn M. Holder was wanted on an in-state warrant. Both were taken into custody.
