Tuesday, May 10

 Accident leaves glass on man's face

A 54-year-old Bloomington man with glass on his face was treated at and released from the scene of a three-vehicle accident about 10:30 a.m., according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s Office news release.

The Bloomington man’s vehicle struck a wide load that another vehicle was hauling, knocking the mirror off the Bloomington man’s vehicle, police said. The mirror struck the front window of the third vehicle, police said. The incident happened on Route 47 near Walker Road.

Battery

Kristi Lee Hanna, 48, of the 0-100 block of Yorkville Road, Yorkville, was charged about 2:15 p.m. with battery, according to a release from the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. She is accused of battering a 23-year-old woman near Tuma Road and Route 34, police said.

Friday, May 6

Harassing phone calls

A 19-year-old Yorkville area woman reported that she had received several harassing phone calls from an ex-boyfriend, police said.

Warrant arrests

• Miguel Angel Lazcano, 20, of the 2200 block of Highridge Lane, Yorkville, was arrested at the Kendall County Public Safety Center on an outstanding warrant, police said. The warrant alleged failure to appear in court in connection with charge of possession of liquor by a minor, police said.

• Sandra Contreras, 42, of the 200 block of West Kendall Drive, Yorkville, was arrested at her home on an outstanding DeKalb County warrant alleging contempt of court, police said.

Teen accused of domestic battery

A 15-year-old girl was referred to juvenile court after allegedly battering a family member in the 11000 block of Legion Road about 9:36 p.m., police said.

Identity theft

A 26-year-old Yorkville area woman reported that someone had contacted her credit card company and changed the personal information on her credit card, sheriff’s police said.
