Police Blotter: DUIs, Drug Paraphernalia Reported

Yorkville police reports, Feb. 5-10

Thursday, Feb. 10

Driving Without a License Alleged

Lissella Rayes, 37, of the 4000 block of Eldamain Road, Plano, was charged around 8:10 a.m. with driving without a valid license after a two-car accident at East Van Emmon and Mill streets, Yorkville police said. No injuries were reported to police.

DUI Charges Filed in Accident

Charles W. Fink, 57, of the 100 block of Blackberry Court, Yorkville, was charged around 8:36 p.m. with driving under the influence and improper passing, Yorkville police said. His Ford F-150 struck a Ford F-250 while improperly passing at Route 34 and Beecher Road, according to reports. No injuries were reported to police.

Wednesday, Feb. 9

Suspicious Car Report Leads to Two Charges

Milena L. Zivkovic, 19, of the first block of Timberview Lane, Yorkville, was charged around 9:30 p.m. with driving while license suspended, Yorkville police said. In connection with the same incident, Francine C. Patton, 19, of the 100 block of Quinsey Lane, Yorkville, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, according to reports. Yorkville police said they discovered the duo while investigating a complaint of a suspicious vehicle in the 300 block of Spring Street.

Threats Alleged

Two residents of the first block of North Cannonball Trail in Bristol reported a former friend had been threatening them, the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office said.

Marijuana Allegedly Found

Michael David Knauf, 25, of the 2700 block of North 45th Road, Sandwich, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding, the Sheriff's Office said. He was stopped around 5:50 a.m. at Cannonball Trail and Galena Road.

Monday, Feb. 7

Injury in Single-Car Accident

A 22-year-old Bartlett man was injured around 1:29 a.m. when his Chevrolet S10 left the roadway and crashed into a tree at Route 34 and American Way, Yorkville police said. No tickets were issued, and the driver was taken to Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora.

Sunday, Feb. 6

Power Supply Reported Stolen

Someone took a $1,500 power supply unit from a utility box at Route 47 and Windett Ridge Road, Yorkville police said.

GPS Allegedly Stolen from Vehicle

Someone in the 400 block of East Kendall Drive reported around 9 a.m. that someone stole a $150 GPS unit from their vehicle, Yorkville police said.

Retail Theft Reported

Country Tobacco, 1427 Cannonball Trail, reported a $20 retail theft around 2 p.m., Yorkville police said.

Drug Paraphernalia Allegedly Found

The Sheriff's Office said a 17-year-old Bristol girl was charged around 9:53 p.m. with possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at Cannonball Trail and Bristol Ridge Road.

Saturday, Feb. 5

Warrant Arrest at Speedway

Yorkville police said they arrested Jordan M. Banks, 23, of the 500 block of Kelly Avenue, around 2:58 a.m. on an in-state warrant at Speedway, 504 S. Bridge St.
