Saturday, May 12

Television Through Window

Police said Joshua C.L. Suggs, 21, of the 100 block of West Rickard Drive, Oswego, threw a television through a window in the 200 block of West Hydraulic Street. He was charged with criminal damage to property, Yorkville police said.

Friday, May 11

Charged in Lunchroom Disturbance

Jorge A. Martinez, 18, of the 2600 block of Indian Cliffs Lane, Montgomery, was charged with disorderly conduct at about 11:55 a.m. after causing a disturbance in the lunch room at Yorkville High School, police said.

Charged in Traffic Crash

Frances C. Cody, 75, of the 400 block of West Kendall Road, Yorkville, was charged with driving without insurance, failure to yield and driving without a seatbelt, police said. Cody, a 47-year-old Bartlett woman and two children were taken to Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora after a crash on Route 47 north of Route 34 at about 4:35 p.m.

Thursday, May 10

Sports Equipment Stolen

About $5,000 in softball equipment was reported stolen from the 200 block of Boombah Boulevard between Dec. 15 and April 6.

Driving Charge

Natalie M. Arnolde, 31, of the first block of Division Street, Bristol, was charged with driving while license suspended, police said.

Monday, May 7

Theft from Kohl's

  • Heather Owens, 21, of the 4000 block of Cabron Street, Plano, was charged with retail theft after police said she stole $197 in clothing from Kohl’s.
  • Lawrence Clark, 28, of the 200 block of Barrett Drive, Yorkville, was charged with retail theft after police said he took $108 in clothing from Kohl’s.

Charged in Traffic Crash

Julio Murillo, 43, of the 1500 block of Light Road, Oswego, was charged with driving without insurance and driving without a license on person after a crash at Route 34 and Game Farm Road at about 8:43 a.m., police said.

Saturday, May 5

Parked Vehicle Burglarized

A wallet was stolen overnight from a vehicle parked at a home in the 100 block of Kendall Drive, police said. The estimated value was $140.
