Warrant

Miguel A. Lazcano, 22, of the 2200 block of High Ridge, Yorkville, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. at his residence on two in state warrants, said Yorkville police.

Friday, Oct. 4

No valid driver’s license

Brandon D. Murphy, 25, of the 200 block of Mill Street, Yorkville, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. in the 200 block o Mill Street and charged for driving without a valid driver’s license after being stopped for not wearing a seat belt, said Yorkville police.

Burglary

Yorkville police took a report for a burglary that occurred between 11:30 p.m. on Oct. 2 and 3:40 a.m. on Oct. 3 in the 900 block of South Main Street. Unknown suspects broke into a garage and stole $2,686 worth of miscellaneous items.

Curfew violation

Two male juveniles were issued a city ordinance for violating curfew following a traffic stop at 12:48 a.m. at Route 47 and Van Emmon, said Yorkville police.
