Oswego

 

Missing: French Flag

Oswego police are investigating a reported theft of a national French flag that was stolen between 9 p.m. on July 12 and 9:24 a.m. on July 13 in the 700 block of Pinehurst Lane. The 3’x5’ flag was taken from the exterior of the residence and is valued at $75.

Those will make lovely lawn decorations

Sheriff’s deputies took a report of theft of two Illinois Railway emergency contact signs that occurred between June 12 and July 12 at Sundown and Bud Long in Oswego. Someone removed the signs from the railroad signal poles. They were estimated at $20.

Montgomery

 

Roads are no place for ATVs

Jeffrey C. Olsen, 29, of the 0-20 block of Knollwood, Montgomery, was arrested at 7:55 p.m. on July 8 at Briarcliff and Knollwood and charged for driving on a revoked license after deputies observed him driving an All Terrain Vehicle (ATV), said the Sheriff’s office. He was also cited for the improper operation of ATV on a roadway.

 

Yorkville

 

Ouch, that burns (my feet)!

Yorkville police responded to a reported theft of flip-flops that occurred at 5:10 p.m. on July 17 at Raging Waves Waterpark. The flip-flops were valued at $40.
