At the same intersection, Darrick W. Sing, of Fond Du Lac, WI, overturned a Harley-Davidson motorcycle about 9:30 a.m. Saturday. An unknow red Chevrolet Cavalier ran the red light as Sing tried to turn left onto Route 34, and the motorcycle overturned as Sing tried to avoid the car. No tickets were issued.

About 11:30 a.m. Friday, Gump was driving a Goldwing motorcycle north on Route 47 when a Volvo turned left from a private drive to drive south on Route 47. The Volvo, which was driven by a 39-year-old Batavia woman, struck the motorcycle, and Gump was taken to the hospital. No tickets were issued, according to a news release from Yorkville police.
