Warrant

Mark A. Franzen, 53, of the 10 block of Circle Drive West, Montgomery, was arrested at 9:18 p.m. at Galena and Rosenwinkle and charged with a failure to appear warrant for driving under the influence, said Yorkville police.

Retail theft

Ryan A. Lathrop, 29, of the 0-100 block of East Highlain, Bristol, was arrested at 5:23 p.m. in the 900 block of Erica Lane and charged with retail theft of $171 of three pairs of shorts and one belt, said Yorkville police.

Theft

Yorkville police are investigating a theft that occurred in the 1300 block of Market Place Drive. $101 is estimated in loss.

Thursday, July 25

Theft

Yorkville police took a report for theft that occurred at Spring Street and Birchwood Drive. A “no fishing sign” was reported removed by an unknown person from a pond in the area. The sign is valued at $100.

Warrant

Jamal A. Glenn, 20, of the 3000 block of Tamaira Street, Plano, was arrested at 7:22 p.m. in the 700 block of East Veteran’s Parkway and charged with an in state warrant, said Yorkville police.

Found bicycle

Yorkville police responded to a report of a found bicycle that was discovered in the 300 block of East Kendall.
