Retail theft
A female juvenile was cited with retail theft for an incident that occurred at 6 p.m. at Kohl’s, 900 block of Erica Lane. The juvenile stole $134 worth of miscellaneous merchandise.

Naomi M. Silagyi, 24, of the 8300 block of Galena Road, Bristol, was cited with retail theft that occurred at 5:23 p.m. in the 900 block of Erica Lane. She unlawfully took two pairs of earrings and a t-shirt, valued at $56, from a store.

Yorkville police took a report for a burglary to a motor vehicle that occurred sometime between midnight at 6 a.m. in the 2400 block of Cayalpa Trail. A cell phone charger valued at $10 was reported taken.

Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, cannabis
Laura Drake, 28, of the 8000 block of Helmer Road, Newark, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. at Route 47 and Boombah Boulevard and charged with the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and less than 5grams of cannabis after she was stopped for speeding, said Yorkville police.
