What is a "Body writ"?
Natalie Stevens August 22, 2013 at 01:47 PM
It's essentially a warrant, Jen. They typically occur after failure to pay child support or failure to attend a motion to show cause. It's a way for a law officer to arrest the individual and bring him or her to court.
