Motorist Threatened With Pellet Gun in Road Rage Incident: Police

Rick Fermazin accused of pointing the weapon at another driver, driving without a valid license, police said.

A Yorkville man faces an aggravated assault charge after allegedly pointing a pellet gun at another driver Tuesday in a road rage incident in Montgomery.

Rick T. Fermazin, 47, of the 600 block of Tower Court, was arrested after pointing the pellet gun at a motorist during a road rage incident at around 10:08 a.m. near Route 30 and Orchard Road, according to Montgomery Police Chief Daniel Meyers.

Fermazin, who was released after posting bond, was also charged with driving without a valid license, expired registration and no valid insurance, Meyers said.
