Loud Exhaust Leads to Warrant Arrest: Police

Tuesday, Dec. 3
DUI, speeding
Lynda P. Marsala, 36, of the 0-99 block of Circle Drive East, Montgomery, was arrested at 10:12 p.m. at Kennedy and Autumn Creek Boulevard and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, said Yorkville Police. She was stopped and also charged with speeding after she was found going 79mph in a 45mph zone.

Warrant, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal transportation of alcohol, DWLS

Joseph M. Decarlo, 22, of the 500 block of Parkside Lane, Yorkville, was arrested at 12:02 p.m. at Route 126 and Route 47 on a warrant. He was also charged for the possession of drug paraphernalia, the illegal transportation of alcohol and driving on a suspended license, said Yorkville Police.

Keith D. Livingston, 42, of the 0-99 block of North Broadway, Aurora, was arrested at 12:11 p.m. at Route 34 and American Way on a warrant and for driving on a suspended license, said Yorkville police.
Battery
Josiah Rodriguez, 18, of the 300 block of East Washington Street, Yorkville was arrested at 11:31 p.m. at his residence and charged with battery after police received a report of a battery of a juvenile, said Yorkville Police.
Friday, Nov. 29
Warrant
- Kayla Hawley, 21, of the 300 block of Walnut Street, Oglesby, was arrested at 8:23 a.m. in the 1800 block of Marketview Drive on an outstanding warrant, said Yorkville police.
- Michael E. Soto-Gardea, 22, of the 800 block of West Taylor Street, DeKalb, was arrested at 10:42 a.m. at Sycamore Road and Route 34 on a warrant and also charged for driving on a suspended license after he was stopped for loud exhaust, said Yorkville police. He was cited with loud exhaust and no insurance.
Retail theft
Delilah R. Kubisak, 20, of the 1600 block of Hilda Drive, Sandwich, was arrested at 2:05 p.m. in the 900 block of Erica Lane and charged with retail theft of $48 after she was caught stealing clothes from Kohl’s, said Yorkville police.
Hit and run
Yorkville police took a report for a hit and run accident that occurred between 4 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. in the 400 block of East Bayberry Circle. A parked vehicle was struck on the driver’s side and the offending vehicle left the scene without leaving information.
Criminal damage to property
Yorkville police took a report for criminal damage to property that occurred at an unknown time in the 200 block of Walsh Circle. Someone removed one window and shattered another on a parked vehicle.
Thursday, Nov. 28
No valid driver’s license
Joel Mill-Chontas, 30, of Ohio, was arrested at 6:18 p.m. in the 100 block of Colonial Parkway following an auto accident and charged for driving without a valid driver’s license, said Yorkville police. He was also ticketed for improper backing, expired registration, and failure to give information after striking unattended vehicle or property.
