Mini Liquor Bottles Thrown; Battery Charges Result: Sheriff

Sunday, March 10

Domestic battery

Richard Ralph Kramer, 55, of the 0-99 block of West Pleasantview Drive, Oswego, was arrested at 3:55 p.m. at his residence and charged with domestic battery after deputies received a 911 call of a domestic battery in progress, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office. Kramer reportedly was throwing mini liquor bottles at a household member that struck them in the head and chest.

Warrant, failure to appear

Mark A. Franzen, 52, of the 0-99 block of Circle Drive West, Montgomery, was arrested at 9:13 a.m. at his residence and charged with a failure to appear warrant issued by the Montgomery Police Department for a DUI charge, said the Sheriff’s office.

Harassment by telephone

Sheriff’s deputies responded to reported telephone harassment that occurred at 7:26 p.m. The victim reported receiving harassing phone calls and text messages.

Telephone threat

Deputies responded to a reported telephone threat that occurred at 8:30 p.m. in the 4000 block of Minkler Road, Oswego. The victim wanted to report that a family member said they were going to kill everyone. The victim only wanted to report the incident at the time.

No valid driver’s license

Dayana Consuelo Godinez, 23, of the 1600 block of Coolidge Avenue, Aurora, was arrested at 9:46 a.m. at Saugatuck and Sheffield and charged for driving without a valid license, said the Sheriff’s office. She was stopped and cited for speeding 39mph in a 30 mph zone.

Saturday, March 9

DUI

Scott M. Mc Gary, 27, of the 3000 block of River Ridge Lane, Sandwich, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. at Galena Road and Big Bend, Bristol, and charged with driving under the influence, said the Sheriff’s office. He was stopped and charged also for driving 65mph in a 45mph zone.

Warrant, failure to appear

Teresa Lechuga, 43, of the 100 block of Laurie Lane, Oswego, was arrested at8:50 a.m. at her residence and charged with a failure to appear warrant out of Kendall County for domestic battery, said the Sheriff’s office.

Domestic battery

Richard K. Allen, 73, of the 0-99 block of Sierra Road, Montgomery, was arrested at 9:04 a.m. at his residence and charged with domestic battery after throwing an object at a household member that resulted in a minor injury, said the Sheriff’s office.

Theft

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a reported theft that occurred between Feb. 28 and March 9 in the 100 block of Kristine Street, Oswego. An Xbox 360 was reported stolen, but an investigation revealed a family member had sold it to a pawn shop. Arrangements were to retrieve the Xbox 360 and no charges were filed. 

Friday, March 8

No valid driver’s license

  • Julio Caesar Robles, 30, of the 0-99 block of Circle Drive East, Montgomery, was arrested at 2:03 a.m. at Route 30 and Briarcliff Road and charged with driving without a valid license, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office. He was stopped for failing to signal when required.
  • A female juvenile was arrested at 11:33 p.m. at Dolores Street and Route 31, Oswego, and charged for driving without a valid license, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office. She was stopped and cited for improper lighting.
  • Jesus Jose Cerda-Ascencio, 42, of the 600 block of West Galena Boulevard, Aurora, was arrested at 10:27 p.m. at Veterans Parkway and Bristol Street, Bristol, and charged for driving without a valid license, said the Sheriff’s office. He was stopped for expired registration.

Violation order of protection

Alexander Nickolas Machoka, 29, of the 600 block of Roxtree Court, Buford, Georgia, was arrested at 5:15 p.m. in the 6700 block of Chicago Road, Bristol, and charged with a violation of an order of protection, said the sheriff’s office. Machoka reportedly sent an email to a respondent after being served the order of protection.

Thursday, March 7

Identity theft

Deputies are investigating a reported identity theft that took place between Aug. 30, 2012 and March 7, 2013. The victim reported their personal information was used to purchase a cell phone on Sept. 20 and that the victim is now receiving calls from collection agencies regarding payment.

Wednesday, March 6

Hit and run, property damage

Deputies are investigating a reported hit and run incident with property damage that occurred at 12:35 p.m. at Route 34 and Arbor Drive. The victim reported a small gray sedan overtaking their vehicle on the right and clipping the front of the victim’s vehicle. The driver was only described as a white male.

Domestic battery

A male juvenile was arrested at 3:55 p.m. in Bristol Township and charged with domestic battery after deputies responded to a reported fight in progress and found that the juvenile had pushed a household member.

Tuesday, March 5

No valid driver’s license

A juvenile, 17, was arrested at 12:43 a.m. at Orchard Road and Galena Road and charged with driving without a valid license, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office. She was also charged with speeding 59mph in a 45mph zone. 

Sunday, March 3

Driving with revoked license

Devin David Bily, 47, of the 500 block of Coventry Court, Oswego, was arrested at 12:48 p.m. at Bridge Street and River Street, Yorkville, and charged for driving with a revoked license, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office. He was also cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
