A Kendall County Sheriff's Office corrections deputy is on unpaid leave after being arrested by Illinois State Police amid allegations of sexual misconduct.

Sheriff Richard Randall on Friday said his office cooperated with a state police investigation that led to the arrest of Kendall County Sheriff's Deputy Timothy Brennan.

Brennan, who is assigned to the corrections division, is accused of having sexual contact with a female inmate at the Kendall County jail. On Friday, sheriff's police said there is currently no allegation that Brennan used force or threatened to use force in the alleged sexual misconduct.

“I take my responsibility very seriously to not only house inmates securely, but also provide for their safety," Randall said in a press release. “While all individuals charged with a crime have a right to due process under the law, I will not tolerate unlawful or unethical conduct by any employee of the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.

“Both Illinois law and sheriff’s office policy clearly prohibit the alleged conduct and our employees know this," Randall added.

Brennan is currently on unpaid administrative leave pending the conclusion of an internal investigation.

The sheriff's department issued a statement Friday saying, "consistent with Kendall County Sheriff’s Office policy, it is inappropriate to elaborate on investigations that are being handled by another agency in order to protect the integrity of the case. That being said, the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office will make further public comment once Mr. Brennan’s case has been adjudicated in a court of law."

It appears that my alien friends have implanted "enabling" chips in your brains so you can deny the existence of corruption that may be present in our Government Offices. You all are probably still defending our "Framed" Ex-Governors who are more than likely incarcerated at Country Clubs rather than making our License Plates. That's perfectly fine. You are the ones who have to look at yourselves each morning while you brush your "TOOTH"!
