Fight leads to charges
Michael Ammerman, 24, of Plano, Dustin Youngs, 24, of Yorkville and Juan Elias, 24 of Glendale Heights; were all charged with disorderly conduct after a fight in the 1200 block of N. Bridge Street at about 9 p.m. Wednesday, according to Yorkville Police.
Theft

Cindy Barnett, 50, of Yorkville, was charged with retail theft at about 10 a.m. Wednesday after Yorkville Police said she attempted to steal from a store in the 1400 block of Cannonball Trail.
Tuesday, June 23
Vehicle Fire

Yorkville Police responded to the 300 block of East Veterans Parkway at about 10:50 p.m. Tuesday for a report of a vehicle on fire. An unknown amount of damage was done to a 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche. The fire was caused by a malfunction in the engine compartment, police said.
Monday, July 22
Theft
Yorkville police took a report of the theft of a girl’s bicycle that was stolen between 4:40 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. in the 1700 block of Marketview Drive. The bike was valued at $226.17.
Criminal damage to property
Yorkville police are investigating a reported criminal damage to property that occurred at 1:25 a.m. in the 1000 block of Stillwater Court. The victim reported her truck was shrink-wrapped and observed a dent on the truck. A patio walkway light was also found lying broken in the street. Estimated damage is $150.

Hit and run
Yorkville police took a report of a hit and run that occurred between 2 a.m. and 12:05 p.m. in Clover Court. An unknown vehicle struck a parked vehicle.
Saturday, July 20
Criminal damage to property
Yorkville police took a report of criminal damage to property that occurred at 7:50 p.m. in the 500 block of Freemont Street. Someone damaged a front door attempting to gain entry. Damage is estimated at $250.
Friday, July 19
Retail theft, disorderly conduct
A male juvenile and Aaron J. Zielinski, 20, of the 3900 block of Little Rock Road, Plano, were arrested at 8 p.m. in the 900 block of Erica Lane, said Yorkville police. The juvenile was charged with a city ordinance for retail theft of $38 and Zielinski was charged with a city ordinance for disorderly conduct.
DUI
Gregory A. Vondra, 42, of the 6600 block of West 31st Street, Berwyn, was arrested at 2:53 p.m. at Route 126 and Wooden Bridge Drive and charged for driving under the influence of alcohol with a greater than .08 BAC, said Yorkville police. He was also cited for improper lane usage, operating an uninsured vehicle and illegal transportation of alcohol.
Identity theft
Yorkville police took a report for identity theft that occurred at 10:30 a.m. The victim reported someone accessed his Best Buy account.
Thursday, July 18
Driving without a valid license
Victor M. Delacruz, 44, of the 5000 block of South Fairfield Avenue, Chicago, was arrested at 11:47 p.m. in the 2000 block of South Bridge Street and charged for driving without a valid driver’s license, said Yorkville police.
Theft
Yorkville police took a report for a stolen cell phone that occurred at 8 p.m. in the 1000 block of South Main Street. The phone was valued at $400.
