Dense Fog Advisory This Morning

Fog to dissipate by mid-morning hours, according to National Weather Service.

Pea Soup.

That's what the foggy conditions look like this morning across Kendall County and the Chicago suburbs. As a result the National Weather Service issued a dense fog advisory until 8 a.m. this morning.

Unseasonably warm temperatures and moisture in the air combined to create the heavy fog, which is making travel difficult this morning. The NWS reports visibility of approximately one-quarter mile.
