In a video shot by Sherman, Bristol Kendall Firefighter Tim Fairfield said it took approximately 30 minutes to extricate the driver from the vehicle. The crash occurred several hours prior to someone reporting the accident, Fairfield said. The driver was alert and talking, but had injuries to his legs, Fairfield said.
Nadar was also charged with underage consumption of alcohol.
