Alcohol Stolen From Garage: Police

Francisco J. Marin, 29, of the 400 block of Landmark Avenue, Yorkville, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. in the 1600 block of Buehler Road, Yorkville, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, said Yorkville police. The subject was found sleeping inside the parked vehicle and was found to be intoxicated.

Jacob B. Pierce, 27, of the 100 block of Crane Street, Sugar Grove, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. in the 2500 block of Madden Court and charged with a warrant, said Yorkville police. An officer had gone to the address for a report of a domestic dispute.

Yorkville police took a report for a residential burglary that occurred at 10:36 p.m. o the 2900 block of Cryder Way. Someone entered the garage and removed $35 worth of alcohol.
