$600 Package Stolen from Residence: Police

Michael A. Null, 36, of the 800 block of Lafayette Street, Aurora, was arrested at 7:25 a.m. at Route 47 and Greenbriar Road and charged with the possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams and for driving on a suspended license, said Yorkville police.

Jordan M. Luay, 28, of New Glarus, Wisconsin, was arrested at 1:37 a.m. at Route 47 and Greenbriar and charged with driving under the influence and the illegal transportation of alcohol after he was stopped for improper lane usage, said Yorkville police. He was also cited for driving without insurance.

Yorkville police took a report of theft that occurred around 3 p.m. in the 1000 block of Canary Avenue. A package was dropped off at the residence by UPS and was stolen by an unknown person. The package was valued at $615 and contained a Microsoft Xbox One.
Driving with revoked license, warrant
Kevin M. Thompson, 24, of the 3000 block of 2050th Road, Serena, was arrested at 2:45 p.m. on a warrant out of LaSalle County for failure to appear for a traffic offense and was charged with driving on a revoked license, said Yorkville police.
