Frances “Jeri” Holub, age 81 of Sandwich, passed away on Monday, Dec. 10, 2012 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on Oct. 4, 1931 in Chicago, the daughter of Louis (Leo) and Pauline Stankus.
For several years, Jeri was employed as a car salesperson. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Jeri enjoyed playing bingo, fishing and swimming. She was an avid animal lover of all types of animals. Jeri was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt who will be deeply missed.

Jeri is survived by her daughters, Christine (Samuel) Hoffman of Lake in the Hills, and Cheryl (Steven) Bush of Sandwich; her grandchildren, Kristy Bush of Earlville and Philip (Aires) Bush of Fountain Hills, Ariz.; her seven great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Pauline Stankus; her former husband, Oldrich J. Holub; and her two sisters.

Memorials in Jeri’s name may be directed to the Cancer Society of the donor’s choice.
