James Francis Noseworthy Sr., 79, Served in the Air Force During Korean War

James Noseworthy was a lifetime member of the VFW Post #4524.

James Francis Noseworthy Sr., age 79 of Sandwich, IL passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at the Kishwaukee Community Hospital in DeKalb, IL. He was born on February 24, 1934 in Boston, MA the son of the late James F. and Annie (Mooras) Noseworthy.

Jim served his country proudly in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He was a lifetime member of the V.F.W. Post #4524 in Revere, MA. Jim was formerly employed as a Truck Driver and was a longtime member of the Teamsters Union. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother and uncle who will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Jim is survived by his children, Patricia (Brian) Kozik of Tewksbury, MA and James F. Noseworthy Jr., of Sandwich, IL; his grandchildren, Amanda Sue and Jeremy Francis Kozik, Lacy, Kelsie and Collin Gillette, and James B. Noseworthy; his sister Alice Long of Attleboro, MA; as well as several nieces and nephews.
