Community Update

Phone always goes to voicemail. Although I was a customer and a neighbor of theirs since they first started the business, after they opened the store in Yorkville they have decided to ignore my calls. They came out early this summer (after repeated voicemails) to repair my filter. Filter was still broken when they left, promising to return soon with the correct part or possibly a different filter. My pool has been inoperable and green all summer. All my messages have gone unanswered. It is now late September, 2013. Cada Pools of St. Charles are here closing my pool and will return in the spring to install a new filter. Northwest knew I was a recent widow suffering from depression and really needed their help, but did nothing. They even sent me a bill for the service call that did not repair the filter. Goodbye Jason and Jennifer. Thanks for nothing.
