You may remember the organization's during Hometown Days or their around town, but one of their biggest projects - Operation Santa - helps area needy families have happy holidays.

"This club sponsors and organizes various education and recreational programs throughout the year," . "This organization aims to nurture a community of civic-minded and empowered future citizens."

Side note: Caring Hands Thrift Store is also listed in the Yorkville Patch directory, but store leaders are in the process of moving from the downtown location to a new (presently-being-renovated) location at routes 126 and 47. They're shooting to open the second or third week in November.
