When: Saturday, October 26, 2013 At 6PM, we will launch sky lanterns over the lake.
Where: Aurora University in Wisconsin, George Williams College. Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.

We will launch shortly after 6PM over the lake at the college.
A bonfire will follow the launch.

Sky lanterns, also known as Kongming Lantern or Chinese lanterns are airborne paper lanterns that are best known as a tradition found in some Asian cultures.
They are constructed from oiled rice paper on a bamboo frame, and contain a small fuel cell composed of a waxy flammable material. When lit, the flame heats the air inside the lantern, thus lowering its density causing the lantern to rise into the air. The sky lantern is only airborne for 5-10 minutes.
Our lanterns are 100% biodegradable. They are white in color. They are made of rice paper and bamboo. They are more eco-friendly than a helium balloon.

Directions and Instructions:
Your pre-packaged, fully assembled lantern will be available for pick up the day of the event.
Lanterns come factory sealed. Simply unfold the lantern. Light the fuel cell, and wait as the heat expands the lantern. The lantern will lift from your fingertips when it is ready for launch.
Make a wish. Say a prayer. Be open to the wonder.
