I can tell you in a million ways what the skylantern festival means to me. How it made me feel. How wonderful it was. But today, I want to share what others said.

David Chesney captured it perfectly in a video: http://youtu.be/s20kAuvbohM

In Their Words:

"Some things are so epic, so profound that they disrupt all the human worries like racism or politics or economics and everyone's just watching God. That's what the sky lantern festival was for me. My eyes were watching God." -Jillian Duchnowski.

"Watching the lantern float off in the great distance made me realize our souls are so much more than this rented shelter we call a body. Each great soul that has left this world do to suicide is a greater lesson for us, we all connected with total strangers sharing so much in common... Love, life, and continued prayers to help those in need. As our lanterns launched we released HOPE!" - Brooke Mol.
